But does hiding a group also block the e-mail address? One problem we
have on our own site running an earlier version of group server is the
hundreds of spam messages we get directed at the e-mail addresses:
particularly ones that followed a standard pattern, like the Example
group. Then GroupServer sends out rejection e-mails. But these go to the
faked From: addresses, so we kept getting bounces from those innocent
sites. In the end, I deleted all the unused e-mail addresses from
Postfix's look-up table.
