Hi Annelies:

Not Dan, but I'll field this one.

Unfortunately it's not possible, for a variety of reasons, to have two
users with the same email address. The options are:

  1: As you suggest, create a single user for both of them. We generally
discourage this since we like to know the source of problems in the case
of abuse. In this case I think that is fairly unlikely :)

  2: Have one of them create a free email account with Google, or Yahoo
etc.

I'm sorry we're not able to offer a better solution -- unfortunately
these days email addresses are the closest thing one has to a 'unique'
identity on the Internet.
