OnlineGroups site users can now get support directly from OnlineGroups.Net. Consequently, the email address displayed on the Help page of your OnlineGroups.Net site is no longer that of your site's support group ( http://onlinegroups.net/r/topic/5rDclvJu4U7XtbJ9x4H1mu ), but <email obscured>>. Please continue to ask questions regarding administration issues here in OnlineGroups.Net Administrators, so that all administrators have the benefit of the reply.
Hi - I keep having trouble with the resetting passwords. It sometimes work and
other times does not. Is this something that has to do with cookies? The link
that I get often brings me back to a place that asks for my email and password
rather than the site that asks for the new password and confirm password.
Please let me know. Thank yoU!
Hi there,
Hey, the participation coach for one of the CAPH groups just tried to
add a new member, and we couldn't see anything on the site that gave her
the ability to do this. Has something changed so that she needs some
additional authority or something?
Thanks heaps,
Kirsty
