Hi there,
I am having difficulty signing up a new member to one of my groups
'eLicit'. she has 'replied' to both the verification email and the
reminder email; but when she logs in, it says she isn't a member, just a
'visitor'. I removed her from the list, and tried it again, but still
no luck. Any ideas what might be going wrong? I've talked her through
everything, so I don't think she's doing anything wrong at her end.
When I look her up, it says she's an unverified member.

I've just done some testing of verification, and it seems to be working
via email at least.
Could you please write to me at <email obscured>, and include
the email address of the new member you are trying to add?
